Pershore High School is currently rated as requiring improvement. While the behaviour and attitudes of pupils are commendable, and the sixth form provision is deemed good, there are notable shortcomings in the quality of education and leadership. The curriculum is still in development, leading to gaps in knowledge acquisition among students, particularly for those who are disadvantaged. Despite some recent positive changes, there remains a significant minority of pupils whose behaviour is not improving, causing concern about the effectiveness of current policies and practices.
