Northbury Primary School continues to demonstrate strong performance, maintaining a good standard of education for its pupils. The school's curriculum is well thought out, aiming to provide pupils with meaningful learning experiences and promoting an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated. Pupils praise the engaging atmosphere and the supportive nature of their teachers, which fosters resilience and a positive attitude towards learning. However, there are identified areas for improvement, particularly in meeting the needs of some pupils with lower prior attainment and those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Leaders are aware of these challenges and are committed to making the necessary improvements.
