Henley-in-Arden School is recognized as a good school, continuing to uphold its positive reputation since its last inspection in 2017. Under the leadership of new senior leaders and alongside the support from the Arden Multi-Academy Trust, the school is aiming for excellence, with high ambitions for all pupils. The school enjoys a strong community feel, and pupils are friendly, well-behaved, and engaged in their education. There are numerous opportunities for students to participate in extracurricular activities that support their personal growth beyond the classroom. While the overall performance is strong, some areas require attention. The school's curriculum is described as ambitious and broad; however, in a few subjects, leaders have not fully defined the key knowledge pupils need to learn and when. Leadership regarding students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) also needs improvement to enhance communication with parents and fine-tune record-keeping. Addressing these areas will be crucial for maintaining the school's good standing and supporting all learners effectively.
