Reepham Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive school where pupils thrive and parents are overwhelmingly positive. Behaviour is considerate, pupils understand staff expectations, and high expectations for learning help pupils achieve well in national tests. Early years provision is outstanding, reading is central to the school's work, SEND support is strong, and personal development is a notable strength through enrichment, trips, leadership roles and international links. Safeguarding is effective. Leadership is focused and ambitious, with strong support from the Synergy Multi-Academy Trust, governors and trust representatives. This was the first routine inspection since the COVID-19 pandemic, and the school has maintained its previous good standing across the graded areas while early years is outstanding. The school uses an ambitious and regularly reviewed curriculum, and staff have good subject knowledge. The main area to improve is assessment in some wider-curriculum subjects, where the school does not precisely check how well pupils learn, so gaps in knowledge can go unnoticed. The school is addressing this, but impact is not yet evident in some subjects. Pupils' knowledge of world religions is also more limited than other aspects of personal development.
