St Regis Church of England Academy is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form located in Tettenhall, 2.5 miles north-west of Wolverhampton City Centre, within the West Midlands county of England. Established in 1955 as The Regis School and later known as The King's Church of England School, St Regis Academy officially started under this name in September 2023, as part of the Three Spires Trust.

The school accommodates over 646 students aged 11 to 18 as of March 2023 and caters to both genders. It is a Church of England school and follows the religious affiliation of the Diocese of Lichfield. St Regis Academy has undergone a significant refurbishment in 2012, enabling its capacity to expand by up to 900 pupils.

The school's facilities include a dance studio, drama studios, theatre, lecture theatre, fitness suite, sports hall, swimming pool, MUGA/tennis courts, cinder running track, faith centre, and large playing fields. In July 2023, to commemorate its new name, St Regis Academy introduced a new badge featuring a tree from the original Regis School badge, the city coat of arms, and cross keys of St Peter to represent close links to St Peters Collegiate Academy.

Notable former pupils include Denise Lewis, an Olympic heptathlete, and Vikram Singh Solanki, an English cricket player.
