Seven Hills is performing well, with notable strengths in personal development and a supportive environment for pupils with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs. The school excels in building trusting relationships, allowing pupils to re-engage with learning and develop a love for education. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to cater to individual needs, and pupils are well-prepared for their future pathways in education and employment. The school has effectively addressed weaknesses identified in its previous inspection and has established a positive culture where pupils feel safe and valued. However, there are areas that need improvement, particularly in how the curriculum is implemented. Some lesson planning is overly ambitious, making it difficult for pupils to retain key knowledge. The school needs to focus on distilling essential content to enhance pupils' long-term learning and retention. Ongoing adaptation of the curriculum to meet individual needs remains crucial as the school continues to grow and support its pupils effectively.
