Woodley School and College continues to perform well, maintaining its status as a good school since its previous inspection in 2017. Leaders have established a supportive environment with high aspirations for all pupils, particularly those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). The curriculum has been redeveloped to cater to individual learning pathways, emphasizing life skills and reading, and the school is well-resourced to meet the diverse needs of its students. Relationships between staff and pupils are built on mutual respect, contributing to a positive school atmosphere where most pupils feel happy and engaged.
