Britannia Community Primary School continues to demonstrate strong performance as a good school. Pupils express joy in their daily attendance, feeling valued and well cared for by the supportive staff. The school has ambitious leaders dedicated to providing pupils with a well-rounded education, encouraging exploration of career choices and fostering active citizenship within the community. The school's commitment to inclusivity is evident, with effective support for students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Overall, the environment is positive, and children feel safe and engaged in their learning journey. However, there are some areas that require attention. In a few subjects, the school has recently clarified key knowledge, which means teachers are still in the early stages of utilizing this information to build upon students' prior learning. This may lead to a less thorough understanding in those subjects. The school is encouraged to ensure that the curriculum enhancements are fully implemented to deepen students' understanding and retention of content.
