Hans Price Academy is a coeducational secondary school located on the Bournville estate in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. Established as Wyvern Community School, it now operates as an academy under the Cabot Learning Federation, a local educational charity. The academy caters to students aged 11 to 16, with an enrollment of 933, and is run by Principal Tony Searle.

The school's students have shown improvement, with a 2013 GCSE pass rate of 35% - up from 31% in 2009. However, these results remained the lowest among North Somerset schools and were below the local authority and national averages. The academy's notable former pupils include actor Rupert Graves and horror film critic Jim Harper.

In 2009, plans were announced to transform Wyvern Community School into an academy, which was renamed Hans Price Academy in 2011 after local Victorian architect Hans Price. The academy aims to spend £14 million on a transformation of its site under the management of the Cabot Learning Foundation.
