Durham Academy, located at Bracken Court, Ushaw Moor, Durham, DH7 7NG, is a coeducational secondary school serving the local community, including Ushaw Moor and the surrounding villages. The original institution, Durham Community Business College for Technology and Enterprise, converted to academy status in January 2023 and is now known as Durham Academy, sponsored by the Advance Learning Partnership. The leadership is under Principal Alison Jobling.

The school shares facilities with the site's previous nurture and alternative education provision, Fyndoune Community College, following the merger of both schools into a single site, Durham Community Business College, in 2018. Durham Academy has a capacity of 693 students, with 355 currently enrolled. The school is part of the North East region.
