Hayfield School continues to demonstrate good performance, maintaining a positive environment where pupils feel safe and enjoy learning. The school has seen significant expansion in recent years, yet this has not hindered the leadership's ability to fulfill its aims. The curriculum is ambitious and tailored to individual student needs, fostering resilience and confidence among pupils. However, recent staff changes mean that not all subject leaders possess the depth of knowledge required to effectively support curriculum delivery, resulting in some students not achieving their full potential in certain subjects.
