Brunswick Primary School is currently rated as requiring improvement overall. Recent changes in leadership have negatively impacted the quality of education, but there are signs of rapid improvements as leaders work to ensure that all pupils receive the necessary teaching and support. While the ambition of leaders is clear, the inconsistent delivery of the curriculum means that pupils do not always learn as effectively as they should across all subjects. The school has identifiable strengths, particularly in personal development, where pupils flourish in a safe and nurturing environment, benefiting from a rich enrichment offer and strong communication skills development. However, the school acknowledges that there is much work still to be done to ensure all pupils are prepared for their next educational stages.
