Perins School continues to perform well as a good school that offers a warm and inclusive environment for its pupils. The school promotes a strong ethos of personal responsibility and community involvement, which is reflected in the wide range of leadership and creative opportunities available to students. Teachers effectively support students, including those with SEND, ensuring that they can engage with an ambitious curriculum. However, some areas, particularly in history and modern foreign languages, require attention as students struggle with depth of knowledge and language skills due to pacing issues in lessons. Furthermore, the new behavior policies have not yet led to consistent standards across the staff, which is causing frustration among eager learners.
