Alderman White School is a caring and inclusive school where pupils feel safe, respected and part of a community. Safeguarding standards are met, and inspectors found an open culture in which pupils are supported well. Inclusion and personal development and wellbeing are particular strengths: leaders provide layered personalised support, identify SEND promptly, use pupil premium thoughtfully, and offer strong pastoral care and a wide extra-curricular programme.
