Alderman White School continues to perform well, maintaining its status as a good school since the last inspection in 2017. The school fosters a supportive and inclusive environment, where pupils feel happy and safe, and there is a strong sense of community based on the school's 'INSPIRE' values. Leaders demonstrate high expectations for all pupils, encouraging a focus on learning and behaving well, which significantly contributes to the positive atmosphere in the school. However, there are some areas requiring improvement, particularly regarding the timely provision of learning materials and the low uptake of modern foreign languages at the GCSE level, which affects the school's English Baccalaureate entry levels.
