Willow Primary School continues to demonstrate good performance, building on its past success as a school that exceeds expectations in student achievement and personal growth. The leadership team is committed to understanding the diverse needs of its students and families, which has only strengthened during the recent pandemic. The school fosters a safe and welcoming environment where pupils feel valued and respected, supporting a very low occurrence of bullying and a strong sense of community among the diverse student population. However, while the curriculum intent is strong, there are areas needing improvement to fully implement the curriculum across all subjects. This could affect how well teachers understand the overall achievement and knowledge retention of their pupils, which is critical as they continue to update their educational strategies to support a wide range of learning needs effectively.
