The pastoral support and curriculum are tailored effectively to meet the individual development needs of the students, promoting both academic learning and life skills. The headteacher and staff display a high level of expertise and collaboration, which enhances the educational experience provided to pupils. However, the school is aware of the need to strengthen relationships with parents amidst ongoing curriculum enhancements and changes to sixth-form provision.
