Inspectors found the school performing at a strong standard across every evaluated area, with safeguarding standards met and all independent school standards met. Leaders and staff are highly committed to re-engaging pupils, using strong relationships, well-adapted teaching and a broad curriculum to rebuild confidence and secure progress from very low starting points. Attendance improves considerably once pupils join, behaviour is calm and respectful, and pupils achieve appropriate qualifications and move on to employment, further education or training. Inclusion is central to the school's work, and leadership and governance are robust, with the proprietor and governors checking provision rigorously. Personal development, wellbeing and careers guidance prepare pupils well for their next steps. The report identifies no significant concerns. The main next step is for the proprietor and leaders to sustain effectiveness, continue improving and overcome barriers to drive transformational impact for all pupils. Contextually, this was a standard inspection, and a new headteacher has been appointed since the previous inspection.
