Lilleshall Primary School is a friendly, inclusive maintained primary school with a strong family feel. Inspectors found outstanding provision across all judged areas: quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management, and early years. Pupils achieve exceptionally well, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, and they are polite, respectful and highly positive about learning. The school's rich and ambitious curriculum is well sequenced from early years, with expert teaching, strong reading and phonics, and careful support for disadvantaged pupils and those with SEND. Children get a fantastic start in the early years, and pupils benefit from a wide range of enrichment, clubs and personal development opportunities. Parents are overwhelmingly supportive, staff feel well supported, and governors are effective. Safeguarding arrangements are effective. This was the school's first routine inspection since May 2013 and its first since the COVID-19 pandemic. Under the current framework, no overall effectiveness grade is awarded, but the report identifies no areas of concern and highlights consistently outstanding practice across the school.
