Bath College is currently performing at a level that requires improvement, especially in the quality of education and personal development. While the college excels in providing education programs for young people and for learners with high needs, adult learning programs, apprenticeships, and leadership demonstrate significant areas for growth. Despite engaging meaningfully with local employers and stakeholders to develop relevant curricula, the college struggles with ensuring that adult learners and apprentices make satisfactory progress towards achieving their qualifications.
