Ratton School continues to perform well as a good school, characterized by strong relationships between teachers and pupils. The positive environment fosters safety, happiness, and good behavior among students. With high expectations set by the leaders, the school promotes a culture of care, ensuring that pupils appreciate the extensive range of extracurricular activities available. The curriculum prepares students well for their futures, although further promotion of language subjects is needed to enhance career opportunities for pupils. This is the second routine inspection since the school received a good rating in 2013, and considerable efforts have been made to support disadvantaged pupils and those with special educational needs.
