Eastfield Primary School, which has not been inspected under the current framework until this inspection, is in a period of transition with many recent changes. While most parents appreciate the improvements made, there are significant areas where the school has not yet fully realized its potential, particularly in ensuring that all pupils meet expectations across the curriculum. Some subjects are inconsistently implemented, especially for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), which impacts their learning and retention of knowledge. Overall, the school has strengths in personal development and early years provision, where children receive strong support and become independent learners. However, leadership and management, alongside the quality of education, require improvement to ensure all pupils can learn in a calm environment and that the curriculum is effectively delivered. The school shows promise, particularly with its extracurricular offerings and a positive ethos, but these efforts need to be fully realized across all areas of the school.
