Copley Academy is demonstrating significant improvements since its last inspection, moving from a previous grade of Requires Improvement to a Good overall effectiveness rating. The school is focused on enhancing the quality of education, evidenced by the strong relationships between pupils and staff and the broad curriculum that meets the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). While the school shows a commendable trajectory in pupil achievement and personal development, there are still challenges, particularly regarding inconsistent implementation of the curriculum and behaviours in some classrooms.
