St Osmund’s Church of England Middle School exhibits a good overall effectiveness in its educational delivery. With clear and ambitious expectations set by leaders, pupils generally make good progress and feel safe and happy in their environment. The school values positive relationships and has a range of supportive extracurricular activities, especially for disadvantaged students and those with special educational needs. Nonetheless, this being the school's first inspection, it is clear that while there are significant achievements, attention is still needed in certain areas, particularly regarding the curriculum's adaptability for students with SEND, and fostering respectful behavior among peers during social interactions.
