Decoy Primary School continues to perform well, maintaining its good status from the previous inspection in 2020. The school fosters an inclusive environment with high expectations for all students, which has produced positive outcomes in most areas of the curriculum. The new leadership has quickly established a clear vision, although some subject leaders are still developing their understanding of their roles. The school's robust reading program and the support for pupils with special educational needs are commendable strengths.
