Lamledge School

Lamledge School demonstrates a good level of overall effectiveness, providing a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes positive relationships between staff and pupils. The proactive approach taken by staff to address students' emotional needs has resulted in improved engagement in education, fewer incidents of undesired behavior, and a curriculum that fosters personal development and independence. Although the school has effectively addressed concerns raised in previous inspections about behavior management, there is still a need to clearly define the key knowledge expected of pupils, especially in vocational subjects, to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
