Inscape House School continues to perform well, maintaining its good status since its last inspection in 2017. The school supports students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) effectively, particularly those with autism, ensuring they achieve well academically and emotionally. Strong relationships between pupils and staff contribute to a positive learning environment where students feel safe and supported. While the broad and balanced curriculum effectively meets most students' needs, there are areas for improvement in the identification of key knowledge in a few subjects, which can hinder student progress. Additionally, the delivery of the phonics curriculum has posed challenges due to some staff lacking confidence and training, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
