Swindon Academy continues to demonstrate a good standard of education, as highlighted by the recent inspection. The school fosters a warm and supportive environment where both staff and pupils adhere to high expectations regarding behaviour and learning. Relationships at the school are strong, contributing to a positive atmosphere that enhances learning. There is a commitment to inclusivity, particularly for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), although some areas require further attention to meet the needs of all students effectively. Communication with parents has been identified as an area needing improvement, as some parents expressed concerns about how issues were addressed.
