Tendring Technology College shows significant improvement since its previous inspection in 2021, moving from an inadequate rating to good overall. Pupils feel safe and engaged in their learning, thanks to a supportive environment and a well-implemented curriculum that meets their needs. The school fosters a strong ethos, particularly in its sixth form, and pupils' behaviour is commendable. However, there are still challenges, particularly in ensuring consistent attendance among disadvantaged students, which needs addressing to ensure all pupils benefit equally from the education provided.
