All Saints Interchurch Academy is a primary school and single academy trust in March, Cambridgeshire, inspected in June 2025. It remains graded as requiring improvement overall in the key areas of quality of education and behaviour and attitudes, while personal development, leadership and management, and early years provision are all good. The school has seen considerable leadership change, with a new headteacher and deputy headteacher in post since January 2025, and inspectors found that this has brought greater stability and a clear shared vision for improvement. There are notable strengths: the curriculum is broad and ambitious and builds knowledge over time, reading is a clear priority with consistent phonics teaching, and provision for pupils with SEND is improving well, supported by effective work with external agencies and families. Personal development is strong, with a rich programme of trips, clubs and pastoral support, and staff feel well supported with manageable workloads and good professional development. However, two significant concerns remain. In some foundation subjects, staff lack the subject knowledge to teach as effectively as elsewhere, so information is unclear and activities do not focus on the intended learning. Behaviour approaches are not applied consistently by all staff, leading to disruption for some pupils and others feeling uncomfortable, and persistent absence remains significantly high, although it is starting to improve.
