Laureate Community Academy is a happy and inclusive primary school where pupils feel proud to belong, attend regularly and behave well. Inspectors found strong provision across the curriculum, early years, personal development and leadership, with reading at the heart of learning and effective support for pupils with SEND. Pupils benefit from an ambitious curriculum, a wide range of trips and clubs, and a caring culture that prioritises well-being and respect.

• Teachers do not always identify or address misconceptions promptly, and pupils do not always have time to respond to guidance, so some mistakes become embedded.
