Oaklands School demonstrates a commendable commitment to safeguarding and the overall well-being of its pupils, especially those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). The inspection reveals that the school has strong pastoral care and ensures that any concerns are systematically documented and acted upon. The leaders have established thorough health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for both students and staff. This is particularly important given the vulnerable nature of the student population, as each pupil has an education, health, and care plan.
