Wellbrook School is performing well overall, particularly given that it is a relatively new establishment and this is its first inspection since opening. The school has created a nurturing environment where pupils with complex needs, including those with SEND, are well understood and supported. The leadership demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous improvement, effectively addressing students' diverse needs and maintaining a safe setting. However, there remain areas for development, particularly in writing fluency and clarity in curriculum objectives.
