St John’s CofE Primary School continues to demonstrate a good level of performance, maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment. Pupils feel safe and valued, benefiting from strong relationships with staff who care about their well-being. The school’s ambition for all students, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), is evident in its well-sequenced curriculum and variety of enrichment opportunities. The first section 8 inspection since being judged good in 2017 indicates that while many strengths are evident, there remains work to fully embed the recently implemented curriculum following the disruptions caused by the pandemic.
