Salisbury Primary School continues to demonstrate good performance under new leadership, with a strong focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for pupils. The relationships between staff and students are characterized by warmth and trust, and pupils feel secure in sharing any concerns. The school has made notable progress in improving its curriculum to cater to the diverse needs of its students, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). However, it has not yet fully reinstated the wide range of extracurricular opportunities that existed prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has limited pupils' development in areas such as resilience and independence.
