Rakegate Primary School continues to perform well, maintaining its status as a good school since its last inspection in March 2018. The school is characterized by a positive atmosphere where staff and pupils engage collaboratively, with a strong emphasis on safety and pupil well-being. The leadership team has established effective systems for teaching important subjects, and pupils benefit from structured interventions, particularly in early reading. However, there is a recognition that certain foundation subjects require further development to ensure all pupils acquire the necessary knowledge for future learning.
