The school fosters a positive environment where pupils feel happy, safe, and eager to learn, which is reinforced by strong relationships between staff and students. The leadership is focused on high expectations for behaviour and learning, particularly for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Notably, the school has embraced a broad and ambitious curriculum with a strong emphasis on reading, which supports pupils in developing critical literacy skills.
