Greenfields Primary School has shown a positive trajectory since its last inspection, moving from a previous grade of Requires Improvement to Good in overall effectiveness. Under the leadership of a new headteacher, the school has placed a strong emphasis on building relationships and fostering a caring community, with pupils feeling happy and safe. The ambitious curriculum is effectively delivered, particularly in reading and phonics, and pupils are supported well, including those with special educational needs. However, there are some inconsistencies in teaching practices that have led to minor gaps in pupils' learning retention.
