Northfleet School for Girls remains a good school characterized by a supportive community and a strong emphasis on behavior and academic performance. The school promotes a diverse and inclusive environment where pupils feel safe and are encouraged to excel both academically and personally. With a well-designed curriculum that meets the needs of its students, the school has seen an increasing interest in its sixth form, which offers a combination of traditional A levels and International Baccalaureate courses. Despite its strengths, the school faces challenges in promoting the uptake of modern foreign languages, which has negatively impacted the entry rate for the English Baccalaureate. Leaders are aware of this issue and are actively working to enhance the profile of language studies within the curriculum. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the school's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses, and it maintains a positive trajectory toward further success.
