Inspire Education Group has demonstrated good overall effectiveness since its merger in 2020, showcasing strengths across various educational aspects, including adult learning programs, which are rated outstanding. Students and apprentices generally display positive attitudes toward their education, benefiting from a supportive environment that fosters high levels of attendance and participation. The college effectively meets regional skill needs, developing vocational pathways and innovative courses. However, the provision for apprenticeships requires improvement, as many do not progress as effectively, and there are concerns regarding the assessment and feedback processes for these learners.
