Oasis Academy Hadley is a dynamic all-through school, operating as a coeducational academy situated in the Ponders End area of the London Borough of Enfield, England. Operated by Oasis Community Learning, the school was established on September 7, 2009, and has its motto as "Learning and Living in Harmony". Catering to students between the ages of 3 and 18, the curriculum includes a maths, ICT, and music specialism. The school is situated in the former buildings of Albany School, with the primary phase commencing its reception class in 2010 and the new building being completed in January 2013.

The school has a long-term strategy aimed at enhancing academic achievement, with a standardized curriculum, invested staff training, and its Horizons scheme providing students and staff with tablets. The school has been involved in the Oasis Community Learning group since opening, which has guided forty schools out of special measures. As hundreds of other Oasis academies, Oasis Academy Hadley embodies the evangelical Christian values and principles of its founder, Reverend Steve Chalke.

Oasis Academy Hadley is named after the mathematician John Hadley, in honor of the school's specialism in maths. The school has a connection to the area's history, having been built on the site of the Ponders End gas-works. The school replaced Albany School, a comprehensive school that originated in 1939.
