Ormiston Endeavour Academy is a warm and inclusive school, part of Ormiston Academies Trust, where pupils behave well, attend in line with national figures and generally progress well from their starting points. The inspection began in May 2026 but was suspended so the school could address safeguarding issues. Leaders, governors and the trust acted urgently, using trust and external expertise, and safeguarding arrangements are now securely met and embedded in daily practice. Inspectors found the school meeting expectations across the inspected areas. Next steps focus on maintaining robust trustee oversight of safeguarding, making highly effective teaching consistent across the curriculum, and continuing to remove barriers to attendance for all groups.
