Callington Community College has shown significant improvement, moving from a previous grade of Requires Improvement to being rated as Good in all areas of its inspection. The school fosters a welcoming environment where pupils feel valued and respected. Strong relationships between staff and students contribute to a supportive learning atmosphere. While many pupils respond positively to the ambitious curriculum, some gaps in knowledge remain, especially among key stage 3 learners. The leadership team has begun to address these issues and is enhancing support for students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
