Hatfield Academy has made significant improvements since its previous inspection and is now performing at a good level overall. The school demonstrates a positive environment for learning, characterized by good relationships between staff and pupils, as well as a strong commitment to supporting pupils' personal development. The curriculum is well-designed, particularly in early reading, and pupils are generally proud of their work, showing good attitudes towards learning.
