Old Swinford Hospital, located in Oldswinford, Stourbridge, West Midlands, England, is a prestigious secondary boarding school with a rich history dating back to the 17th century. Founded in 1667 by Thomas Foley, an ironmaster and landowner, the school initially catered to 60 boys from "poor but honest" families nominated by local parishes, and it was a blue coat school or hospital. Today, the school serves a broader population, with enrollment of approximately 603 students and coeducational admission for girls up to sixth form, as well as accommodating girls in Year 7 and above starting from 2021.

The school, voluntary aided and comprehensive in nature, provides both day and boarding education for students ages 11 to 18. It is a state boarding school, meaning that LEA-funded school fees cover state support, and pupils only pay boarding fees. Old Swinford Hospital is a Specialist Science School, which was awarded an Artsmark and Sportsmark. The campus, with Heath Lane as its corresponding address (DY8 1QX), hosts eight boarding houses with varieties of color schemes: Baxter (grey), Dudley (purple), and others, each named after significant historical figures. Currently, the headmaster is Paul Kilbride, and the most recent chaplain position remains unfilled.
