Hayfield Lane Primary School continues to demonstrate strong performance, maintaining its good status since the last inspection in January 2018. The school provides a happy and caring environment where pupils are taught the importance of tolerance and respect. The curriculum is ambitious, and leaders have made significant efforts to ensure that pupils revisit core knowledge across various subjects. Although some older pupils currently face gaps in their knowledge, particularly as a result of the pandemic's impact on learning, leaders are actively addressing these issues to enhance pupil progress by the end of Key Stage 2. Overall, the school prides itself on promoting both academic and personal development, offering students a range of extracurricular activities and support systems tailored to their needs.
