Inspectors found an ambitious, carefully designed curriculum, strong inclusion for pupils with SEND, and reading at the heart of the school’s work. Pupils behave exceptionally well, attend well, and achieve highly, while the early years provision builds strong foundations quickly. Pupils also benefit from a wide range of enriching experiences that prepare them well for life in modern Britain. Leadership and governance are highly effective, with governors holding the school to account and a clear commitment to reducing staff workload. Safeguarding arrangements are effective. This was the school’s first routine inspection since the COVID-19 pandemic, and the report identifies no areas for improvement. The school is a community primary with 228 pupils on roll.
