Mansfield Green E-ACT Academy has maintained its outstanding judgment during this ungraded inspection. However, evidence suggests that the school may not receive the same grade if a graded inspection were conducted soon. The school has been commended for creating a welcoming community where pupils feel safe, celebrate cultural diversity, and exhibit good behavior. Notably, the school has high expectations, particularly in reading and mathematics, aided by effective teaching strategies. Despite these strengths, challenges were identified, particularly regarding the consistency of curriculum implementation and support for pupils with special educational needs.
