The Boston Grammar School has shown a good overall performance, reflecting significant improvements since its previous inspection, which had rated it as 'Requires Improvement'. The school's inclusive and welcoming environment, combined with a broad curriculum and high ambitions for all pupils, has led to better academic achievements, particularly in the sixth form. While relationships among pupils and staff are positive and bullying is rare, there are still areas needing attention, particularly concerning the support for students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Although new leadership has brought some enhancements, the effectiveness of support for these students remains inconsistent.
