The school has an inclusive culture and provides strong pastoral support. However, persistent absence remains above the national average, and leaders must continue to improve attendance for the most vulnerable pupils. Additionally, the review of support strategies for individual pupils, including those with SEND, is not always timely or rigorous, meaning changes may not be made as soon as needed. The school's strong leadership and inclusive ethos leave it well placed to address these areas.
