Fibbersley Park Academy has made significant progress since its last inspection, moving from a previous grade of Requires Improvement to a Good overall effectiveness rating. The school has created a nurturing environment where pupils feel safe, happy, and proud to attend. Leaders maintain high expectations for both behavior and learning, which most pupils meet successfully. The curriculum is ambitious, with a strong focus on reading that starts in early years and continues throughout the school, enhancing students' enthusiasm for literature. However, despite these strengths, attendance remains a challenge, and a minority of pupils, particularly those with special educational needs, may not be receiving the tailored support they require to fully access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
